We process account information, payment status, uploaded assets, generation prompts, generated outputs, job metadata, and support messages needed to operate Lyrivo.

Payment information is handled by our merchant-of-record and payment provider. Lyrivo does not store full card numbers.

We use submitted information to authenticate users, run generation jobs, deliver previews and downloads, manage credits, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and comply with platform policies.

User prompts may be screened by content moderation services before they are sent to image or video generation providers.

Uploaded and generated assets may be stored with cloud storage providers so they can be previewed, downloaded, retried, or inspected for support and abuse prevention.

We share information with infrastructure, authentication, payment, storage, moderation, and AI generation providers only as needed to provide the service.
