Refund Policy

Lyrivo sells credit packs for generation jobs. Credits are consumed when a generation job is accepted and started.

If a job fails because of a platform or provider error, the job may be eligible for a credit refund to the same account balance.

Completed generations are generally not refundable because AI generation uses paid third-party compute and produces a downloadable output.

Quality concerns can be reviewed by support, but style differences, prompt interpretation, or user-uploaded asset issues do not automatically qualify for a refund.

For billing problems, duplicate purchases, or suspected unauthorized payments, contact support@getlyrivo.com with your account email and order details.

Approved payment refunds are handled through the payment provider and may take several business days to appear.
