Terms of Service

Lyrivo is a credit-based AI music video generation service. Users upload a song, choose a release format, confirm or adjust the song segment, and generate a previewable, downloadable MP4 output.

The service is intended for creators who own or are authorized to use the music, vocals, lyrics, artwork, portraits, names, likenesses, trademarks, and reference assets they submit.

Credits are used to start generation jobs and are deducted according to the selected output format and duration. Free preview and planning steps do not render a new paid video.

If a generation job is not completed because of a platform or provider error, Lyrivo may automatically return credits or review the job for a credit refund.

You may not resell access, abuse credit systems, automate signups, attempt chargeback fraud, or use the service in a way that disrupts normal operation.

Prompts and generation directions are screened before generation. Lyrivo blocks or rejects prompts that appear unsafe, illegal, infringing, sexually explicit, non-consensual, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy.

We may suspend accounts, remove outputs, refund credits, or refuse future generations when activity violates these terms or creates legal, safety, or abuse risk.

Generated outputs may depend on third-party AI providers and can vary in timing, quality, style, and availability.

You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before publishing and for making sure the final use complies with applicable law, platform rules, and any third-party rights.

We may update the service, pricing, credit rules, and these terms as the product evolves.
